My first purchase, how do I make it?

1. Click on REGISTER at the top of the site and fill in your details.

2. Open the product you want to buy, choose the size and click on INCLUDE IN THE CART.(Repeat the process for each item you want to include in the order).

3. Click on MY CART at the top right, and then click on FINISH PURCHASE

4. Fill in your address and CPF and click CONTINUE

5. Choose the shipping method and the payment method you want, fill out the information for the payment correctly, and then finalize the purchase by clicking on MAKE ORDER.

 

IMPORTANT: Check carefully the registered address to avoid inconvenience at the time of delivery. (In case you put the wrong address, please contact us urgently) Pay attention also to the registered e-mail address: it is very important that the e-mail informed is of frequent use, in case you need to contact the customer, and to receive the e-mails of the purchase information. (Confirmation of payment, tracking code, etc..)

 

Notes on payments:

OBS¹: For credit card payments: data such as Name and CPF must be the same as the credit card holder.

NOTE²: PayPal payments: you will be redirected to their site and will make the payment there, being necessary to make a brief registration.

OBS³: Payments by boleto: the boleto is generated at the end of the order and is also sent in the registered e-mail.

OBS⁴: Payments by account deposit: can be made by online transfer. The payment will only be approved after sending the receipt in the email: [email protected]

 

 

What is the delivery time and what is the freight value?

You can calculate the freight and delivery time with your zip code through the online store, just open some product and simulate the freight. The delivery time calculated at the time of purchase begins to count from the date of posting the order at the Post Office, you will also receive the tracking code by e-mail on the day of posting. The deadline for posting the products is up to 1 working day counting from the approved payment. Purchases made with free shipping have the same delivery time as PAC.

 

What is the deadline to receive the tracking code?

The tracking code is sent by e-mail (e-mail registered by the customer at the time of purchase) the day your order is posted. If your order is not posted on time, we will contact you with the reason. If you have not received the tracking code in the e-mail after this deadline, please contact us and we will verify what happened.

 

 

 

What forms of payment can I use to pay?

Credit card, billet, and account deposit. We use Wirecard and PayPal as payment intermediation system. You can also pay by account deposit, which is necessary to send the deposit/transfer voucher in our e-mail to confirm the payment.

 

 

 

Until when can I pay?

The deadline for payment is 5 working days after the purchase made, after this deadline the order is cancelled without notice. In purchases in the boleto, after the payment the approval can take up to 2 working days, in case the approval does not occur in this term, contact us. Credit card payments are usually approved at the time of purchase, but may take up to 2 working days to be approved. It is extremely important to follow your e-mail to check if you received the payment confirmation.

 

After the order is finalized, can I change the payment method?

Yes, login to the online store and then click on MY ACCOUNT. Below will open a window where you will see all your orders already placed. Locate the order you want to change the payment method and click on REALIZE THE PAYMENT and then choose the payment method you want and follow the instructions to finalize the payment. Remember that you must respect the deadline of up to 5 working days for the payment informed before.

 

Is it possible to make an exchange or return? What is the deadline?

The deadline for exchange and returns is up to 7 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product. We do not bear the cost of the return freight and the return freight is not charged. The exchange reshipment is up to 4 working days after receipt. If the product presents any defect, MAD HOUSE TATTOO SHOP will bear the shipping costs / exchange reshipment.

 

My purchase was cancelled, why?

Credit card purchases may be cancelled due to incorrect data, security issues and card limit. When this happens you will have to redo the purchase. We recommend contacting us or the credit card company to learn more about the reason. All purchases are canceled after the deadline of up to 5 working days without confirmation of payment. We do this because our stock is limited.

 

My order was with the wrong address and returned to the sender, and now?

You must inform us and pass the corrected address. We will wait for the return to resend. In this case, the reshipment freight will be charged.
